CharterUniversity

CharterUniversity provides a number of training and education programs and services provided to support new founding boards, operational boards, school leaders, teachers, and office managers.  CharterUniversity provides the following program options:

  • CharterStart - a comprehensive training program to support founding groups in developing a charter school
  • CharterLeader - a training and mentoring program for charter school leaders covering education and business leadership core competencies
  • Professional Development Courses and Programs  – a variety of live and web-based training opportunities for boards, leaders, teachers, and office managers. 

GCSA is an authorized provider of Professional Learning Units, and many of the programs and training opportunities offer PLU credits.  To obtain PLU credits, please utilize the following forms.  GCSA must receive copies of both forms to keep on record:
