Governance Training

Governance training is one of those areas most requested by independent as well as dependent charter schools.  GCSA has prepared a two hour event that can be customized to fit the needs of the school and its board.  Some of the topics that will be covered are:

Financial Monitoring
Roles and Responsibilities
Best Practices
Staying Out of Hot Water (compliance/risk management)

The fee for this 2 hour development course is $500.00 for members.  Non-members should contact Kelly for pricing.
