Georgia Charter Schools Association

Operational Assessments

Providing independent, holistic school operations analysis

GCSA’s Operational Assessment is conducted to determine how well a school is meeting GCSA’s Quality School Standards.  Assessments include charter and key document review, data analysis, policy, procedures, and systems review, and interviews with all stakeholder groups.  Information collected is utilized to determine areas of strength and opportunities, as well as weaknesses and potential threats to success and sustainability.  Boards and administrators are provided with a detailed report that is an excellent tool for a variety of purposes including strategic planning, school improvement planning, and supporting documentation for accreditation and renewal processes.
