Call for Presentation Proposals – GCSA Charter Schools Educators’ Conference

The Georgia Charter Schools Association is now accepting presentation proposals for its First Annual Georgia Charter Schools Educators’ Conference, slated for Wednesday, September 25th, 2013 at the Busbee Center at Gwinnett Technical College, Lawrenceville, GA.

The inaugural conference is themed, “Charters & Choice: Everybody Wins.”  GCSA is looking for engaging presenters and sessions that will improve and develop capacity for our state’s charter school educators. 

Submission proposals are divided into four tracks.  

  1. Elementary Education
  2. Middle School Education
  3. High School Education 
  4. Technology
This is your chance to share and discuss best practices and professional development strategies that advance Georgia’s focus on quality charter schools leading to high student achievement. [Please Note:  Sponsors, vendors and consultants will go through the same process as all other applicants.] 
Important Dates and Deadlines:
  • Proposal submission:  Ends Friday, May 3, 2013.
  • Presenters notified: In August.
  • Notification of time, and room assignment: 3 weeks prior.
