Because we know that one of the common reasons start-up charter schools fail is because of a lack of funding, The GLOBE Academy’s Director of Development will hold an extremely critical role on the School Leadership Team. A partner in the Head of School’s execution of GLOBE’s Vision & Mission, the Director of Development will spearhead, organize, and manage all aspects of our annual capital campaign and annual funds. They will focus on building and managing all external partnerships and relationships, maintaining systems for tracking and reporting all donations and raised capital, ensuring 100% compliance with our charter and applicable laws. A successful Director of Development will operate with a high degree of influence and integrity, developing continuous opportunities for supporters to contribute to GLOBE. A strategic thinker and resourceful Doer with experience in the non-profit space, the Director of Development is a model reflection of our core beliefs and values in all school activities. |
